INGREDIENTS

50mL The Gospel Straight Rye Whiskey
20mL Lemon Juice
15mL Honey Syrup (2:1)
2 Mint Leaves or Lemon Twist

METHOD

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously for approximately 8-10 seconds. Fine strain into a pre-chilled coupette glass and garnish with a lemon twist or mint leaf.

MARZO’S NOTES: Bee’s Knees is a gin cocktail made with gin, lemon and honey; an improved variation of another cocktail called Business which is made with lime instead. Rye is the Business is best enjoyed before and after dinner.
