Project Release Vermouth Cask

5-year-old Vermouth Cask Rye Whiskey is our oldest and arguably most exciting project release to date.

This whiskey embodies our integral journey over the years, drawing its character from our roots to where we stand today. It features mature Rye Whiskey which has been double pot distilled in our original site at South Melbourne.

It was then aged across 3 different bond stores and barrel finished in a cask that previously held our house-made dispensary vermouth. The result is a distinctly rich and inviting whiskey with layers of complexity.

Notes of cherry, cardamom, nutmeg, dried orange peel, marzipan, fig, cinnamon, sandalwood, coconut, chamomile and roasted walnut.
