PROJECT RELEASE RYE MALT WHISKEY

As we continue to explore the regional effects of rye and its producers, this limited release offers something entirely new compared to the familiar profile of our signature unmalted Mallee Rye. Made with 100% malted rye sourced from the Riverina region and aged in a second-fill Chardonnay Tawny cask, this expression is unlike anything we've ever done before. 

Delivering a surprisingly round and robust flavour, this whiskey opens with lively notes of sweet spice, raw pastry and liquorice allsorts. As it unfolds, the rye malt softens the typically bold rye character, creating a broader, smoother profile on the palate. Best shared among friends and family during the festive season.
