45mL Yumbo Lemoncello
90mL Soda Water
Lemon Wedge

Fill a highball glass with ice. Squeeze lemon wedge over ice. Pour in limoncello, top with soda water and stir gently. Garnish with a fresh lemon wedge or lemon peel. ⁠
